- Chempac Distribution will replace or refund any defective Standard Stock items within 7 days of the date of receiving the item at the company’s’ expense.
- Chempac Distribution will accept returns of non-defective items within 7 days of date of delivery at the customer’s expense.
The criteria for returns is as follows:
- Items returned can only be *Standard Stock items at the date of return. We unfortunately do not issue refunds on custom orders, or any other products that are not standard stock items.
- The product packaging must be unopened and the product undamaged. We cannot accept refunds of any opened or used stock for hygiene reasons.
- Return of non-defective standard stock to our warehouse must be at the customer’s transport expense.
- A handling fee of up to 20% may be charged, at our discretion, on complex returns to cover our handling costs.
