COLLECTIONS (DURBAN ONLY)
- Collections can be made from our office between the time 08:00am to 15:00pm from Monday to Thursday, Friday 10:00am to 13:00pm.
- Save time by placing your order 24 hours before collecting with the office before you collect, this will ensure your order is ready and waiting and we can ensure we have the stock you need.
- Payment is required before collection if paying via EFT. The office has Zapper and card facilities available. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.
DELIVERY WITHIN 24 HOURS (DURBAN ONLY)
- A minimum order of R1500.00 is required for delivery within 24 hours (Excl PMB & Ballito) in Durban. (This only applies to Durban clients)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY IN DURBAN:
- There is no minimum requirement to place an order.
- Delivery is free of charge in Durban.
- All orders under the value of R1500.00 will be delivered according to the below delivery schedule.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE DURBAN AREA:
- Our delivery lead times are determined by the customer’s address and availability of stock.
- The client may organize collection via Courier themselves or Chempac can organize through the preferred courier company. The courier fee is at the customer’s expense.
- From the receipt of payment, JHB, Pretoria and Outer lying KZN deliveries takes between 1 – 3 days. Cape Town, PE & EL and areas far from our offices take between 3 to 5 days.
- Our standard delivery service is organised by us with trusted third-party couriers. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and quoted dynamically based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. Alternatively, you may select the ‘Customer Organised Collection’ option at checkout. By selecting this, you confirm that you will arrange and manage all aspects of collection and transit from our premises with a courier of your choice. Once the goods are collected by your nominated courier, all liability for transport, risk of loss, and cost is transferred to you.

THURSDAY: Ballito, Umhlali, Salt Rock, Umhlanga, Durban North, Springfield Park, Durban Central, Mayville, Morningside, Berea. Glenwood, Westville, Montclair, Yellowwood, Park, Woodlands, Bluff, Seaview, Amanzimtoti, Howick, Nottingham Road.

COURIERS ARE USED TO DELIVER OUTSIDE THESE AREAS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
